The Fascination of Crystals
For each of us, a decades-long preoccupation with “stones,” or rather, our enthusiasm for every form of crystal, begins as a child. Hardly anyone doesn’t remember the words of our companions: “…not another stone…!” We could have lost ourselves in them…
They have exerted this strong attraction on humanity since the beginning of time: in all ancient and advanced cultures, stones have been associated with very special properties and outstanding qualities. For millennia, they have traditionally been associated with certain, even supernatural, powers, healing effects, claims to power, and the role of mediators between worlds. They are used in rituals or, in the most banal form, simply worn as jewelry, without considering their subtle or even obvious effects.
Even in modern “civilizations,” crystals are used without restriction not only as jewelry or decorative objects for their appearance, their radiance, and their play of colors, but also find groundbreaking technical applications as materials in industry, computer science, and medical technology due to their outstanding physical properties.
What fueled my personal enthusiasm—with express disavowal from esoteric literature ;-))—was that this unique “mineral/crystal species” in the broadest sense harbors further NATURAL, inexhaustible potential: especially in connection with its applicability in frequency therapy and body therapy, which allows for a wonderful use of the physical properties and dynamics of crystals in conjunction with the physiology of the human body.
A very special key here lies in the use of the TORUS, as we will see, in its very specific role as a “quasi-generator.”
The fact that the mineral kingdom is at the base of the pyramid, or the spiral of evolution of plants, animals and humans, was the basis for my following question: how do minerals make themselves available to us not only as nutrients, but also through their scientifically proven effects as physical “instruments”?
